Care guide for your crystals
Short tip: “If you take care of your crystals, the crystals will take care of you!”
1. Chemical protection
Protect the shine and color of your stones with a few simple habits.
Recommended
- • Crystal jewelry should be the last piece you put on when getting ready, and the first one you take off when you get home.
Not Recommended
- • Never spray perfume or hairspray directly onto stones. Chemicals can dull the shine or change a stone’s color.

2. Water & activities
Water, salt, chlorine, and sweat can affect stones and settings.
No bath/shower
Don’t bathe, and don’t enter a pool or the sea with them. Soap, chlorine, and salt are the enemies of crystals.
No workouts
Don’t wear crystals at the gym or during sports. Sweat is acidic and can attack the stone, plus there’s a high risk of impact or scratches.
No prolonged moisture
Keep them in dry places and take them off before activities involving water or steam.
3. Handling & storage
Prevent impact and scratches with proper storage and gentle cleaning.
- • Don’t drop them on hard surfaces (tile, marble). Even hard stones can chip or crack on impact.
- • Don’t leave them piled together. Store them in individual velvet or cotton pouches, or in separate compartments, so they don’t scratch each other.
- • Use only a soft cloth (microfiber) to gently wipe off dust or fingerprints.

For the energy of your stones
4. Energetic hygiene
Cleanse and recharge in safe ways without risking damage to your stones.
Smudging
The safest and simplest method. Pass the stones through the smoke of Sage or Palo Santo to purify their energy.
Full Moon
Once a month, leave them on the windowsill in the light of the Full Moon. It’s a universal method that restores their power without risking their color (as the sun can).
